   This assignment is to be used to help build content for the final presentation and should be based upon the information you have submitted for Week One.
   
   
   This assignment should be submitted as a paper that includes:
   • A well-written introduction and conclusion
   • Headings to organize your thoughts and provide structure for your paper
   • References (see requirements below)
   • APA formatting of references, citations, headings, and a cover page
   • Write a 700 – to 1,050–word report about the state of health care in your selected city, your proposal for a new or improved service, and the floor plan of a facility to implement that service.
     
     
     Summarize the name of the city and healthcare system that you selected in Week One.
     
     
     Evaluate the current state of the healthcare system in the city you selected. Read local newspaper articles, watch videos, and explore government and healthcare sites for information about challenges to the city’s health care needs (shortages, financial difficulties, privacy issues, etc.). Include the relationship of the healthcare system you selected to the other healthcare sites in the area.
     
     Propose a new or improved healthcare service that you would introduce into the community. Explain why the service is needed and how it would improve the community.
     
     Design a new health care facility that would offer a new or an improved service to the community. Think about the space you would need, the number of treatment rooms, workstations, etc.
     
     
     Include a floor plan of the facility that includes the surface area, purpose for, and description of each space. (This should be an actual floor plan that includes detail relevant to the specific service being proposed such as square footage, number of exam rooms if appropriate, etc. You may find a program to design a floor plan or use an existing model that you find on the Internet, but it should be detailed and relevant).
     
     Cite three reputable references to support your assignment (e.g., trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality).
     
     Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.
