Recently in the facility that I work in, the Facility Manager got promoted to Account Manager and the Operations Manager got promoted to Facility Manager and just like any other job, a new leader, has their own way of doing certain things, but at the same time, he/she still has to abide by the HR operating policies and procedures and that can bring on conflict between HR and themselves.
