DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the first assignment is to provide you with a vehicle to explore possible business ideas and to select a business to develop through the course. This will be the first step toward building a comprehensive business plan that you could use in starting your business.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Begin by writing a short paragraph describing the kind of business that you would like to start.
This can be a new business start up, launching a new idea for a business like no other, or it can be something more conventional. Many people have the desire to start a common business because they see a need for it in their community. Others are attracted by the option of owning a franchise as it is a turn-key business operation. Some see themselves taking over a family business and have their own plan to develop that business. Finally, others wish to purchase an existing business.
Prepare a one-page description of your proposed business idea
Include your reasons for choosing this business. Describe what makes this a good choice for you. Discuss why you feel the time is right for this business idea. This description, which you may revise later, will provide the information you will need for your presentation of your business plan and your final paper.

The idea proposes on making a phone that has petitioned parts that can be changed individually. In coming up with this idea, phones have been currently supplied with unified control board. This makes all signals in phone operations to have one common board memory, therefore making a single default in transmission to paralyze the whole phone at large. Specifically, a default in Internal Circuit freezes all systems in unified control board, thus demanding for new phone (Hollister, 2016). Here, phones are left with diverse usable parts that cannot be replaced in other phones with one unified control board and hence leading to waste of raw materials (Hollister, 2016). With phones having petitioned parts, a default in part of the system can be replaced individually and thus keep the phone in use and saving raw materials that could be waste.
