A look at modern lifestyles for cancer prevention
Cancer is the major cause of deaths, and there has been no treatments could cure it completely. However, as the lifestyle factors account for most of cancer-related deaths, it is likely that it could be prevented by changing habits or behaviours. The project focus on five key factors, including tobacco, alcohol, physical activity, body fatness, and diet, and to examine their effects on health based on recent research results. It is clear that control the consumption of tobacco and alcohol by legislation may reduce the risk of cancer. Moreover, regular physical activity, moderate weight, and wide nutrients intake could protect against it. Though it might be difficult to changing individuals, the government intervention would be the best approach to reinforce it.

Colditz and Beers (2010) seems to support this view and have addressed that through modification of lifestyle factors, drugs, chemopreventive agents, and vaccines could reduce the risk of cancers.
Therefore, the aim of this project is to introduce five key lifestyle factors, including tobacco, alcohol, physical activity, body fatness, and diet, in order to examine their potential effects on the development of cancer. Based on emerging research results, the impact……..
