Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a clear meaning of the course, Strategic Allocation of Financial Resources at Liberty University, and identify its key significance as an academic field of study in business. It will further examine the critical questions that business students should be able to answer and the key concepts that they can apply for the sustainability of companies after completing the course. The main concepts that will be discussed in relation to the course are the role of financial metrics, net cash availability, economic-value-added, profitability ratios, liquidity, asset management, capital efficiency, and financing in decision-making. Finally, this paper will discuss how strategically allocating financial resources advances God’s purposes for business on earth.
