Being raised by Catholic grandparents who were not really involved or supportive, I was lucky enough to have had several mentors and other adults, who exemplified Gods grace and kindness, and left a positive impression of what a parent and wife/husband should be like. 2011 attended a service at my local non-denominational church. Looked and sounded extremely different than Catholic. Taught me context of Bible. Also taught me difference between catholic/ Christian religion and actually following what Christ taught. Have a personal relationship with Him. Taught my wife and children the same. Have also been able to lead others, like me , who did not know the difference.
