This is a 3000 word essay. In addition, you are required to provide 250 words overview of the scenario related to the key issue you have chosen to evaluate as an appendix.
This essay should be presented according to university Level 7 academic writing standard. It should be in an essay format, with a clear introduction and conclusion. The use of headings and sub-headings must be avoided.
The essay should comply with the university confidentiality policy, i.e. must not identify any individual or organisation directly or by implication (NMC, 2015). Your discussion should demonstrate effective application of theory and research to inform decision making, problem solving in the chosen practice issue and draw upon a broad range of appropriate literature to support your discussion and analysis.
