This is a 3000 word essay. In addition, you are required to provide 250 words overview of the scenario related to the key issue you have chosen to evaluate as an appendix.
This essay should be presented according to university Level 7 academic writing standard. It should be in an essay format, with a clear introduction and conclusion. The use of headings and sub-headings must be avoided.

Your scenario should act as a basis for your discussion. Therefore you are required to provide a 250 word overview of the situation related to the key issue you have chosen to evaluate. This should be included as an appendix.
Essay
Your essay should critically analyse and evaluate an issue that has influenced nursing care provision for a patient or group of patients in your scenario. Some suggestions of health care provision issues you may consider: clinical practice issues, ethical dilemmas, political or economic considerations which may influence the delivery of care.
You are recommended to concentrate on one particular area of focus, while acknowledging areas of overlap with other key issues in your discussion.
Your discussion should demonstrate effective application of theory and research to inform decision making, problem solving in the chosen practice issue and draw upon a broad range of appropriate literature to support your discussion and analysis.
