Integrative health and wellness
It is with great honor and pleasure that my completion of the Integrative Health and Wellness Assessment (IHWA) was a success so as to assist me in advancing the various aspects of my health ranging from the spheres of emotional, physical, social, mental, to the spiritual health. From the assessment, I learned some of the areas that I need to improve so as to facilitate a good job performance within the next three months. All of the areas addressed in the assessment need a real integration in both my profession and home life. After the completion of the IHWA assessment, the three areas that I should improve on are the following: Life balance/satisfaction, Mental, and Emotional.
Life balance/satisfaction
1. Maintain good friends and family relationships.
2. Spend my vacation with my family members and friends.
3. Realize and eliminate worries, anxieties, and fear.
4. Go for outings to think about my personal life.
5. Engage in responsible and balanced self-entertainment.
Mental
1. Prioritize my work.
2. Set realistic goals that are achievable.
3. Ask for assistance where possible or needed.
4. Accept mistakes when committed.
5. Delegate the duties that I can’t perform either well or perfectly.
Emotional
1. Recognize my emotions and feelings at given moments
2. Express my feelings to others while at work rationally and considerately.
3. Forgive the ones who do wrong to me.
4. Listen to other peoples’ suggestions and feelings
5. Respect the feelings of others while at work
Additional changes, comments or thoughts
The study helped me to realize the critical areas that one needs to consider and respond to when working. With the right adoption and implementation of the various changes needed for improvement, my job rate would increase as well as my output. My job relations would also be boosted by the changes since I would practice the right interactions needed while at work.
