Go to http://www.gly.uga.edu/railsback/CS/ CSIndex.html and choose a creation story to read. WASPA what the story teaches about cultural values.

From the Town of Bedrock

Geology Go to http://maps.conservation.ca.gov/cgs/ gmc/ and enter the city you live in the search box to the upper-left. Click on the map where you live to reveal what it says about the geology. A button that looks like an open book opens a more standard map to place yourself. WASPA it with additional information: what time period does it date to? What words are used to describe them? What do they mean?

Word Origins 2 Linguistic Anthropology

Pick one of the highlighted vocabulary terms from lectures or textbook. WASPA about the origin of the word. Which language did it come from? What time period? Are there other words that share the same origin?

Go to a hardware store and TAPO a tool. WASPA how the tool is similar to stone tools and also how the modern tool is an improvement.

Paper Hunt Study Skills Go to scholar.google.com and find information on a paper about one of the topics from class. No summary necessary! Search for the title in http://www.citationmachine.net/apa/cite-a- journal and show me the APA style citation.
