Human Relations in Administrations- Discuss Implementation and Plans of Case Study

During spring of that year, Valerie had considered resigning from her position as Controller of Taurus. She was in her second semester of graduate school, working toward a master’s degree in accounting with plans to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She had completed her undergraduate degree with a major in accounting 13 years earlier. Several of them had resigned from companies in which owners and managers were unethical. She respected the ones who recounted making tough decisions to stand up for what they knew was right.

Was she personally responsible for doing that or should she just get on with her life? Did she have a professional obligation to report Bullard to the IRS, particularly since she planned to become a CPA?
