Perform the activity shown in the video and build a structure at least three stories high and at list 6 inches in total height. Use toothpicks or spaghetti pasta and marshmallows or gumdrops, or any creative material of your choice but absolutely no tape or glue is allowed (example, no popsicle sticks glued together with wood glue or tape). If you cannot easily pull your structure apart with your hands, then you are breaking the rules. You may only use two kinds of materials. The two materials chosen must serve as either a connection point or the member (e.g. spaghetti pasta = member, gum drop = connection). Perform and answer the following in the typed written assignment format:
1-Include a picture o structure in your assignment.
2- How tall was your structure in Imperial units to the nearest quarter of an inch and in SI units to the nearest centimeter? Remember you can use conversions if you only have a tape measure or ruler in Imperial units.
3- How long did it last until failure when you shook it (seconds)? Was this more or less vigorous shaking than seen in the video?
4- If each connection was worth $1,000 and each structural member was $500, what is the cost of all materials used? What is the cost per floor?
5- o you believe that the structure could be as strong with less material? List three ways to strengthen your structure (200 words min)?
6- Why was your structure a success or failure (100 words min)?
