The Project Management Plan is the overarching document and plan that tells you how the project is going to executed and coordinated. Once you have developed the plan you must run through it with all members of you project team and the stakeholders. This project will help students to apply the content they have learnt in module 2 and 3 to document, study, analyze and develop a Project Management Plan. The Project Management Plan will help students to:

- Understand the inputs and output requirements for a Project Plan as defined in the PMBOK and Course Text book.
- Develop an understanding of how to schedule a project and define key user requirements.
