A Pty Ltd was appointed the leasing agents for the centre and prepared a glossy brochure advertising the shopping centre for lease. One of the claims in this brochure is that there will be two large anchor tenants in the property operating within five months of opening and that there will be vehicular access to two major roads which pass the property. A Pty Ltd gave T a copy of the glossy brochure. T (an individual) signed a letter of intent to which was attached a retail shop lease in draft.
