2. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What type of person will �complete� you? Can attract that talent? Will you be able to afford it?
3. What specific strengths are required to create your product or service? How will you attract that type of talent? How will you retain them? How will you keep them motivated?
4. What is your backup plan if a key person leaves your organization and decides to start a business competitive to you?
5. Will you be outsourcing? How, where and when?
