The aim:  Comparing the effectiveness of Meropenem, rifampicin and metronidazole on different strains of clinical Clostridium difficile by using the agar/broth based method.

Objectives: growing the bacteria in different concentrations of each antibiotic incoparated in the agar, also by taking the MIC readings , comparison of the MICs , methods and strains.
