Question 2:

Analysis of strategic choices for your selected company (1000 words)

1. Select and critically evaluate two strategic options that could be pursued by the company in order to increase its entrepreneurial opportunities in the industry.

Your evaluation should demonstrate understanding of the nature of entrepreneurial recognition, including the need for innovation and creativity that help the company to exploit market opportunities.

Justify selection of the strategic choices using Suitability, Acceptability, Feasibility (SAFe) criteria, and explain how each option supports the company in meeting its entrepreneurial vision/mission/objectives.
