• 3 The company’s organizational structure
• 4 Discuss in detail any one industrial hazard/ accident taken place in that industry from reliable internet sources.
• 5 what were the causes/reasons of that accident / hazard?
• 6 What consequences were faced by the industry because of accident/ hazard?
• 7 Discuss any two safety techniques adopted by the industry to eliminate such incidents in the future
• 8 Find out any two -employee education and training programmes implemented by the industry
• 9 Are those employee safety, education and training programmes useful, or they were simply the regular procedure adopted after accident / hazard?
