He predicts that the three big things in the next 30 years in IT industry would be IoT, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and robotics. Briefly describe what happens when Watson and robotics comes together according to Yoshida? (10 points)
14. Briefly describe what Pepper (a robot from Softbank) is doing at Nestle’s branches in Japan and what are the benefit(s) to the Nestle by having Pepper. (10 points)
