1. The final paper will be a critical and scholarly work.
2. Students will analyze a professional or workplace organization, which they are, or have been, a member of in the role of associate or manager (some volunteer organizations might be considered).  Selection will be approved by the instructor.
3. The organization will be analyzed using Bolman and Deal’s four frames and other scholarly works.  Analysis will lead to suggested solutions and/or next steps for the organization.
   1. Six (6) scholarly works will be used to support or supplement the analysis.
