Training young children requires measures of patience. The scope of training takes different directions depending on student’s need. Children’s age makes them rambunctious, with limited attention ways and insufficient sense of self-control. Children have different needs which make the task more involving. After training the whole day, teachers at early training institutions came and met the same children with new challenges. Therefore, the caregiver should be patient and must have a sense of humor (Thomas, 2013). This helps the trainer to overcome obstacles in stride but keep the focus on the set objectives.

Teachers should have effective skills and knowledge on how to handle young children. They should also communicate with them effectively at their level. The teacher should be able to communicate with parents about their children achievements, needs, problems and skills.
