If so, what tools did you use to determine your course of action?

Well, let us go to the point when client always want to give you something. I have a client who left a diamond bracelet on my disk .I did not know at this time who it was and I did not know where it come from and I just left it in my disk door. I hoped that some body would come by and claim it. I received a call three month later saying who it was. So, what I did is that I was extremely honest. I said I can not do this; this should be the break of my ethics of this job to take an expensive gift like this .So, I asked him to give me his address but he refuse to give it to me so I can mail it to him. I ended up contacting a family member. They get tempt to send me his mailing address and I sent it back to him. So,Imean being honest is the best policy and I just have to be honest with him and tell him that was break of ethics as far as my job.

5. Has a situation ever arisen, which caused you, concern that you might become involved in an ethical legal, PR professional dilemma? If so please explain.

Well, another position like this a lot of time you find somebody who want to date you and legally I tell them I can not do that along with the fact that I am married and my husband will kill hem but they gets to be sometimes very forceful and sometimes you goanna have to say: (If you do not stop taking to me, I will have to call the police). So, that kind of ethical dilemma.

6.In terms of risk, what is the riskiest part of your employment?

When you deal with people, you just never know. Because for one thing that you cannot control is someone else. The riskiest part iswhen you get a client that became violent. When they get angry and you do not know why, you have to be very carful about approaching people because sometime you do not know what will set them off.

No I do not. It is not required, I guess because we are a state agency for that we covered by the state port claim court
