Revenue Cycle: Please respond to the following: From the e-Activity, assess the steps in the sales order entry process of the company’s Website and discuss how they are integrated with one another. I recently shop at American Eagle Outfitters on-line store. The store page has shopping cart at the bottom and every time you add an article of clothing it goes into the box. You have the opportunity to review the box and remove or modify your items at any time while shopping. During this process of you shopping, adding, and correcting you are starting the revenue cycle sales order entry step. Once you click on view you shopping cart you can see you sales invoice and make any corrections needed to your order. Also the customer can enter coupon codes or promotion codes to their products. Next is the shipping step, the company urges the shoppers to create an account with the store that will store their shipping address, payment information, and enroll the customers into a rewards program that offer the shopper coupons and a free bra base on the points you receive from purchasing items. After the customer creates an account the company offers the customer shipping choices from which the customer can choose how fast or slow they are willing to wait for a product. The shipping charge for the amount is then added to the sales invoice along with the taxes (each state has different taxes and therefore it isn’t added in until this section)
